Community Involvement

Ware Technology Services is committed to being a great partner to the communities we serve. Our team members have worked at community food banks, cleaned community gardens, mentored our youth, and much more.

A Few Causes We Support

Ware Technology Services is proud to partner with BestPrep, an organization that helps prepare students with business, career and financial literacy skills through hands-on experience that inspires success in work and life. As a partner with BestPrep, Ware Technology Services has conducted mock interviews with students and coached them on professional resume writing. Our team feels it’s important to help tomorrow’s business professionals now, to create a foundation for future success.

BestPrep is a statewide nonprofit that serves more than 51,000 students and teachers in grades 4-12 annually. Each year, BestPrep creates more than 5,500 connections between the education and business communities by engaging more than 3,700 volunteers. These individuals and companies conduct presentations in the classroom, serve as faculty-in-residence, email mentor student, and participate on committees and/or the Board of Directors.

Ronald McDonald House

Ware Technology Services organizes an annual Spring for a Cure campaign to collect wish-list items for Ronald McDonald House locations in each of our market cities. Our associates provide meals, game nights and other activities for the Ronald McDonald House charities throughout the year.
The Ronald McDonald House serves as a home-away-from-home for families of seriously ill children. It provides an atmosphere in which families can receive strength, stability and emotional support from others in similar situations.

Ware Technology Services is excited to partner with Dream It, Do It MN to encourage the pursuit of manufacturing careers throughout Minnesota. As the first staffing agency to donate to Dream It Do It, Ware Technology Services works to support the ongoing mission of building a new pipeline of skilled workers for manufacturing businesses hiring needs.

Dream It, Do It MN, led by 360-degrees Manufacturing and Applied Engineering ATE Regional Center of Excellence, collaborates with industry members to promote careers in manufacturing in Minnesota, as skilled workers are critical to the growth and innovation of the industry.

For more than 12 years, Ware Technology Services associates have participated together in the JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes. As part of the JDRF Youth Ambassador Program, we partner with children who have juvenile diabetes and their families, drawing on their inspiration to galvanize outreach and fundraising efforts. Our team has been successful in raising thousands of dollars for diabetes research each year through auctions, individual donations and fun activities.

JDRF is the leading charitable funder and advocate of type 1 (juvenile) diabetes research worldwide. The mission of JDRF is to find a cure for diabetes and its complications through the support of research.

Ware Technology Services associates provide support by donating their time and money to feed the poor in third-world nations.

Feed My Starving Children is a non-profit Christian organization committed to feeding God’s children hungry in body and spirit. The approach is simple: children and adults hand-pack meals specifically formulated for malnourished children, which are then shipped to nearly 70 countries around the world.
